What are the Standard IV therapy cocktails that are included in the IV Club Membership?
Our "Standard IV" drips include: Wellness, Calming, Energy, Prenatal, Strength & Recovery, Immune, Aging Gracefully, Hormone Equalizer, Glutathione (up to 500mg) or Alpha Lipoic Acid (up to 200mg)*.

*Please note that alpha lipoic acid drips exceeding 125mg require a consultation with Dr. Danielle.

Do unused IV's roll-over monthly?
Yes. One unused IV can be "banked" at a time for one month duration and can be used as long as the membership is still active.

How does membership billing work?
IV Club Membership: $235/month, billed to your credit card on file every month on the same day of the month as your Date of Enrollment. The date of enrollment is the date in which your membership renews each month.

Can I share my membership credits with someone els?
No. Services are non-transferable, and IV drip hydration credits must be used by the person to whom the membership is registered. 

How much am I saving by being a Rootie IV Club Member?
Many of our Standard IV's are upwards of $275 each. If you plan on getting one standard IV once a month, this membership will save you upwards of $40 a month or more. See our IV offerings here for specific pricing.

Cancellation Policy for IV Services:
Sonoma Roots requires a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. For those who cancel or reschedule their appointment with less than a 24-hour notice, we will charge a late-cancellation fee of $50 to the card on file. If a client does not notify the office or show up for their scheduled IV Service a $175 fee will be charged to the card on file or IV Club Members can forfeit the included monthly IV Session on their account, per the clients preference.

How do I cancel my IV Service? Please notify Sonoma Roots via email, phone call or voice mail to cancel appointments. Appointments can be changed and cancelled in advance online through our scheduling platform. See our Cancelation Policy here.
